What does a plan include?
All 9 products are in every plan: Growth Score, Diagnosis, Monitor, Competitors, Roadmap, Experiments, Results, Reports and Advisor, with the UpgradIQ pixel and Connect. Depth grows with the plan: how many sites, competitors, active programs and teammates you have, how many Advisor questions you can ask a day, and the deeper features each product adds. The plan table on the pricing page lists every figure.
How does the trial work?
Pro starts with a 7-day trial. A card is required, and nothing is charged until the 7 days end. We email you two reminders on days 4 and 6 of the trial. Plan and billing shows the day the trial ends.
Cancel before it ends and you are not charged. There is one trial per person, card and site.
During the trial you can have 1 site, 1 competitor, 10 site rechecks a day and no team seats. The full plan applies once the trial converts.
Can I cancel any time?
Open your billing page, choose Cancel plan, then confirm. It takes two clicks. Access runs to the end of the period you already paid for and nothing is charged after it. There is no pause. Cancelling and moving to a cheaper plan both start when the paid period ends.
A period already under way is not refunded in part. You can start the plan again later and your workspaces come back as they were.
What payment methods are available?
Payment is by card, through Stripe. Prices are in US dollars and any tax that applies is added at checkout and shown on your receipt. You can change plan or update your card from your billing page.
Data and the pixel
What we read and never collect
What does the pixel collect?
The pixel is one line on your site. It sets no cookies and uses no browser storage, and it collects no names, emails or IP addresses.
It records page views, sources and AI referrals, real-user speed, conversions (form submits and tagged clicks), JS errors and 404s, with page paths cut at the query string. It stays silent for visitors who send Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, and raw events are deleted from our servers after at most 7 days.
Do I have to install the pixel?
No. We read your public site without it. The pixel adds what a public read cannot see, such as real speed and conversions, and unlocks the pillars that need them. Connecting Google or Stripe does the same for search traffic and revenue.

Can I access from any device?
Yes. UpgradIQ works in the browser on desktop, tablet and phone, and everything stays in sync across your devices.
Can my team use it?
Yes, on the plans that include team seats. Starter is for one person, and the number of seats grows with the plan; the plan table on the pricing page lists each number. Teammates join a workspace by invite, and editors work in it while collaborators view, comment and vote. The trial has no team seats.
How do I get started?
Choose a plan, or start the 7-day trial of Pro. Your account is created when you pay, and the email we send lets you set your password. Then connect your site and install the pixel. Your first Growth Score appears after the first read, with the fixes worth making first. Pick a Sprint on Roadmap and its steps become dated actions you can tick off.

Open your dashboard, connect your site and install the pixel. Your Growth Score shows its fixes first, and a program turns them into a roadmap of Sprints with dates.
